Has anyone just chosen their color combo, pushed the "max out my model s" & ordered?

I assume it more of a time saver for those who just want every option (although oddly paint protection is not part of it, why I am not sure).

I kind of did this by buying Signature Perf.

I guess that's sort of the same, but I was referring to more of the regular series production after this new "max out" option was put on the site. I do get what you are saying though! Am I wrong or was that not always on the tesla design studio?

The "max out" setting is relatively new. Post-july 2013, I think.
