Has anyone received a Maritz Research Customer Satisfaction Survey?

I just want to know if this is something going out to everyone or if I've been selected. I'm happy to provide honest but positive feedback, but wondered if anyone else has gotten one, now or in the past.

Is this something that can be scanned in and posted? I'd be curious what types of questions they ask. About the car? The buying process? The delivery process?

I got my Consumer Reports survey two weeks agao and I gave Tesla Model S as high a review as was possible.

So is this survey something that Tesla sent out through Maritz or an outside effort? They need smarter templates, like what the vehicle is.

I just got one today and proceeded to fill it out online...every question asked me about my "Toyota Model S". It then asked me about my transmission (no option for "none") and what my city and hwy MPG was...It wouldn't let me proceed with N/A. Pretty poorly set up.

I received me. I got so frustrated trying to address questions that have no application to a Tesla that I quit. Whoever hired them to use a "canned" survey form should be shot.

I did mine online too, but it was for a Toyota Model S. Interestingly anytime there was a dropdown for car makes, Tesla actually showed up in the drop down.

I just received one of these in the mail today, despite my 2011 Roadster being my only Tesla.

I'm wondering whether Tesla actually receives the results at all, or if this is just a marketing survey for someone else. The text does say that the research "is being conducted on behalf of the automobile industry."

I've long had the impression that Tesla allows third parties to send mail to their registered owners. Tesla probably doesn't share the mailing list itself, but perhaps merely facilitates the mail merge. But I'm just guessing based on the sorts of mail I've received over the years.

Given the blatent errors in the survey questions, is it possible this survey was requested by and for the benefit of someone other than Tesla? I'd think that if Tesla was behind this, they would have asked to review the survey before it went out?

Given the errors and absurdities in that survey, I'm sure it has nothing to do with Tesla.

So, if the survey "is being conducted on behalf of the automobile industry", one has to wonder how the information being gathered will be used and to what end? The traditional auto industry doesn't exactly have Tesla's best interests in mind.
