Has anyone removed "Tesla Owner" from the jacket?

Now that jacket weather is arriving...

Earlier in the year, I received a Tesla jacket as part of my referral gifts. It's a very nice jacket, except for the tacky "Tesla Owner" embroidered on the front. I recall some talk about people removing that. I wonder if anyone did remove it and if the jacket came out unscathed?
