Has anyone taken delivery of a new Model S and opted for the steering wheel?

Agreed. It auto adjusts. It's closer in traffic and further away at speed. I don't need to adjust it. I don't need to follow people that closely

As @TLLMRRJ mentioned, I *constantly* adjust this setting.

You ever drive in stop and go traffic? Especially here in the northeast?

You’d understand why even 2 or 1 is way too much of a gap.

Very true.

On city freeways, you create a dangerous situation having too much gap in front of you because it incites people behind you to make daring attempts to get around you on very busy freeways. But then as you transition out of the city, you annoy people by staying close to them despite wide open roads.

I get that not all people are going to get it.
