Haven't had a update in weeks, I'm on 2021.44.30.5. I've seen mention of a .10 and a .15, are those for non-FSD-beta cars?
You're far from alone. There's been several FSD Beta and non-FSD Beta updates since the Holiday Update back in December and they are spread out all over the board. I haven't received an FSD Beta update since January 7th.

The latest builds are 2022.44.5, with 2022.4.5.1 and .2 starting release over the weekend. There is no FSD Beta branch in these builds yet, AFAIK.
The latest FSD Beta branch was 2021.33.40.15 (10.10) that started to roll out on 2/3 but stopped after 9,500 or so cars.

A good source for updates is TeslaFI, especially now that they have flagged FSDBeta builds in the listing
