Have all the Model Ss disappeared from the roads?

This might just be wishful thinking on my part, as I prepare to (hopefully) replace my totaled MS with another one, once the trades for the 2021s start happening. But, here in DC, we live in a Tesla rich environment, and there are virtually NO Model Ss on my daily drive, when--until about two weeks ago--there were always several.

Are the owners keeping them off the road (just in case) until they can trade them in?!

I think they already got the refreshed model. But they were told to keep them in the garage until the announcement on the 10th. Those politicians know how to keep a secret.

I just drove mine. It was definitely on the road.

I'm just a bit further south than you are and I drive mine almost every day. I still see plenty out there.

I drive mine a couple of times every week and it's definitely on the road when that happens...

I drive my 2016 S all the time and will be until my Cybertruck spot becomes available.

Not all have disappeared. Source: myself. I commute from Bay Area CA to Vacaville a few times a week, and then around the bay on the weekends.

I have noticed way more Model 3, Y, and even X on the road though.

I drive my MS nearly daily. Red cars are hard to miss!

Also in DC, and I drive mine pretty regularly. Dozens of 3s and Ys here on Capitol Hill, fewer S’s but I do see them fairly often.

The Aluminum Falcon can regularly be spotted swooping around the idiotic traffic in the DC Metro area....
