however... Elon did say All above score of 80 in US&Canada should get it.. Seems like lot of us did not.. So maybe someone can tweet elon and ask for update ?

I think we'll see the expansion increase with each update. 10.69.3 is due out in a few weeks, and we may see more invited.

So I just got my update, I was at 96 for a while, but i never hit 100 miles on autopilot, as soon as i crossed that barrier today, literally 2 hours after that trip i got the FSD beta update 10.69.2.2

I had 2022.20.8 up until 9/19 , when I got the invitation to download 2022.28.2 . I guess if I would have not downloaded 2022.28.2 I would have FSDb already.

I drove 8 miles through Tampa today with FSD. Enjoyed it for the most part but I did turn it off several times to manually take over on some turns and when I drove through the bridge toll booth. The FSD accomplished several right and left hand stop light/intersection turns properly.

It's frustrating how they do this. People on 2022.28.2 are basically punished for updating software..

Hello, I was on 2022.20.9, and after a trip to DC and home, my M3 got the 10.69.2.2. I had a 97 safety score. I am looking for a list of dos and don'ts and how to start out info as I do this for the first time. I live in a highly dense area and don't want to strike out in a couple days. Purchased FSD on June 24, 2022
Drove like an old woman and kept a safety score of 99-100 (100 over past 60 days)
Miles Driven: 8,218 (appx 75% on AP) (Teslafi used to track however since SS went away I no-longer have AP/FSD tracking)
Previous software version: 2022.20.8
Finally got FSD Beta 10.69.2.2 - Sep. 20, 2022 (88 Days)

I also did not realize this after getting my car two weeks back. So I've updated to 2022.24.8.
To my understanding then I won't get FSD no matter my score because I'm ahead?

Well let's hope a future update jumps ahead enough to offer compatibility. I had a brand new car and heard I needed to update software to get off the dealership service software. Had not assumed any FSD concerns since I had yet to even build up a safety score.

Yeah you’ll have to wait until Tesla decides to catch up. Super annoying.

We're all hoping that the 69.3 build is based on 2022.28.2 or later so we can have a chance at getting in. If I get any more software pushes (other than FSDb), I won't be executing them just yet.

I'm worried that any pending download/update would block any subsequent update, like beta. So, not installing might not gain you anything...

Yes, that looks like the case. I just saw something that said anyone on 2022.24 or 2022.28 will have to wait for the next release.
