As previously mentioned, they don't do the claims handling themselves, it's outsourced to a third party. I'm not sure if it varies by city or anything but my claim (I was rear-ended at a stop light) has been handled by Crawford and Company. It has not been a great experience I will say. I can't tell if it's because of the specific claims rep I am dealing with or if it's a general issue with Crawford but they have poor communication and extremely poor follow up.https://www.crawco.com/
