Coco Palms developers plan off-grid Hawaii home project with Tesla

Kauai developer planning a private, gated-community eight-home project on 38 acres of land He said the project will be entirely powered by off-grid sources, including hydropower and Tesla rooftop solar products. Prices for the homes are expected to start in the low $900,000s.
