Tesla financing is telling me that they cannot do better than 3.69% over 60 months in Hawaii. Rationale is that rates have been going up. Has anyone found better financing rates for Teslas on the island lately?

Hickam FCU is 1.74 for 60 months with their Eco-loan for hybrid/electric cars.

Aloha Pacific FCU is 2.0% for 60 months, or 2.5% for 72 months.
