Might be useful to specify what vintage vehicle you have. Headlight assemblies on the Model S have changed a few times since introduction in 2012. This may improve your chance at getting replies most appropriate for your situation if it is a lamp assembly related issue.

I'm having a similar if not the same problem.

It's always my passenger side headlight, it'll just randomly shut off. The little picture of the car in the instrument cluster acknowledges that light is off, but doesn't actually throw any errors. Turning the headlights off and on again will fix it for the remainder of the drive. It's not a recent issue, it used to happen once every couple months, but for the last week or so it's been an almost daily occurrence. I can't figure out if it's software, hardware, or what.

Could be a loose ground connector under the frunk tub.
