Headlight Protection

My MY sits outside, and I want to make sure I avoid any headlight yellowing and future proof them. Any tips, guides, or tutorials for products I can DIY for my headlights?

I put precut ppf over mine to protect against chips. They already have some type of UV protection, but I usually put wax over them when I'm waxing my car or using a hybrid ceramic coating.

Thank you very much RocDeef! I am thinking of putting the precut PPF, any good places to buy it? It seems like the most long-lasting solution. From my research it seems like the very first Model S have the haze problem compared to the newer models out.

I got mine on eBay, I can't find the seller but it was 3M ppf.

It's not. Perhaps you will see issues after 10+ years but it's not something to worry about in the near term.

From my research, I only have found reports of the older model S with this issue so far. With the use of plastic headlights now a days instead of glass, I thought I would take the precautions now.
