Headlights too bright?

I have had this problem a couple of times now. After a software update, people start flashing and i had to readjust the headlights.

Once I click the adjust headlights in the menu the headlight go to the normal/right position.

Ps... this is in Europe (Netherlands)

Exactly the same thing here. Since couple weeks cars start sometimes flashing their lights to me for my lights.

I adjusted the lights now to really low. Did standard alignment already once before but it seems it resets itself after a while again.

Is this possible? Not sure it is bc of software update but it would not surprise me if it would.

Also worth nothing is that I only have this in the afternoon while it is still light and gets a bit darker. 4/5pm.

When really in the dark I never had people flashing towards me. Is there a difference? With popping on and off the lights? That is has difficulties adjusting it?
