Headrest issue?

Anyone else have an issue with the headrest?... the spot where my head touches is now “puffing” out. Hard to describe, but definitely looks odd.

Going to bring it in next week and see what they say. At 6k miles, so going to get the tires rotated too.

Only issue I have is the weird positioning. I feel like it is too far forward.

That's a different issue. I'm assuming the OP is referring to the material itself puffing out, not the position of the headrest due to the metal bars down the back of the seat.
