Heat/AC blower air movement

Just a question to see if this is normal.

I have a late 2017 MS with Biohazard.

I live in a cold climate (Calgary, Canada), but have driven it to a warm climate (Orlando, Florida). In Florida, I can run it on recirc, whereas in the cold, recirc frosts the windows almost immediately. I also have it on vent rather than defrost.

I’ve noticed that when pulling fresh air with the fan set at 8, I get about the same amount of air moving as if I was at 2 or 3 on recirc. Is that the same for everyone else, or if there likely a blockage for my fresh air?

It can be caused due to failed blower motor or blower motor resistor. Vacuum leaks also affect its performance.

This is really late, but the problem was found. Aparently an actuator wasn't working correctly, so setting it to fresh didn't allow any air in, and so it had no power. It's now resolved and working awesome.
