Since the moment the page appeared on Twitter, it seems has been deleted. To double check.

Not likely. It would be a major, and expensive, change.

I expect it could be retrofitted. It will probably take several thousand dollars of parts and a bunch of man hours to do it.

The biggest benefits should occur at the warmest temperatures where you're using the cabin or battery heaters - like 50 or 60 degrees. In the extreme cold it'll use the same energy that resistance heating does.

It could. It won't be done by Tesla.

I suspect it would be cheaper to sell your current Model 3 and buy a new one that already has a heat pump.
