Heater not working - just air blowing - babies in the car. Please help

My MX is not blowing any heat at all. Only thing it blows is just air. AC is working fine.

I tried several at High, 80 degrees, etc.

Any recommendations or suggestions as I have little kids. Thank you in advance for your support.

Have you rebooted the car? You didn't mention it. That resolved it for some in the past.

Yes rebooted.

It just started to work after an hour...I can't believe it took over an hour driving to get hot air to start blowing
