Hello from Buckeye AZ

I ordered my Model Y today, so decided it is time to join the forum. I have been lurking for a while. We test drove a Y in Scottsdale in July, and the experience confirmed what I'd been led to expect from hearing from owners. I'm looking forward eagerly to having my Y arrive.

As soon as i finished to order process, I ordered a NEMA 14-50 adapter. We recently had an outlet installed in the garage in anticipation of the car.

I also ordered a 500GB SSD for dash cam and Sentry Mode.

Does Tesla still include a J-1772 adapter with the car?

Happy motoring,

Tim

Welcome. Pretty sure the J1772 is still included, along with the UMC and NEMA 5-15 (standard 120V) outlet. What's not included for the last year or so is the NEMA 14-50 pigtail they used to include. That's still the most common big power standard, especially at RV parks and the like; the adapter is usually available at the service center for $35 and probably worth buying if you expect to travel with the car at all.
