Help, car won't 'start'...

Today the car wouldn't wake up from the application so I thought I would unlock it to reset. However, screen hasn't come on.

Tried pushing both steering wheel buttons for a while, no luck. Then tried brake and buttons, still no luck.

Any ideas or is it a call to tesla needed?

Had a lot of rain overnight so hopefully its not a sign of a leak somewhere...

I believe the old solution of using a crank handle is still the best.

It will come to life eventually - it happens occasionally (twice in 6 months) - presumably something confuses the car - I found getting out and back in again seems to bring it to life.

That has been my general experience too over the last 3 years, although seems a lot more rare these days. Hasn’t happened to me for maybe a year or more. As you say the solution is usually to turf everyone out of the car, lock it and then start again! I do sometimes also get the lesser “systems powering up” or whatever message and have to wait a minute or so to select a gear. Usually when I’m late for something!
