Help for new owner (salvage, root?, toolbox)

Hello everyone

Im new owner Tesla model S 90D 2016/2017

This car is „salvage” and i have few problems to fix.
The car is not connecting with Tesla servers and i think bcs before it had accident… So:

1: How can i check is it a root’s car?
2: How can i load a new soft and map?

(I will have Toolbox 2.1 and i waiting for Fakra cable)

3: Propably the car has no certs

The car has few problems but drive very good

Update.

Anybody know jaw can i get and instal Toolbox 2.1?
Can i download it from some website etc.

Or somebody have it to share?

Regarding Toolbox, you can contact this guy, he does it quite cheap.

Can somebody tell me or SHARE with me…. where can i find a software/firmware files to upadate my tesla?

i have salvage car and i cant do it by MCU.

i have a toolbox 2.1
