help: I need to remove my hood baffle so I can put on a new, undented hood.

Title pretty much says it all. I'm trying to swap hoods after tenting mine. The latch seems like it will be fairly easy, but the plastic parts attached to the bent hood are tricky. I don't see an obvious way to get the baffle off and there are 3(or so?) other black plastic pieces on the hinge side of the hood that I don't see a way to remove. Thanks in advance!
