Help identifying parts

Hi guys,

I recently retrofitted my 2018 Model 3 with USB-C ports in the center console for faster charging speeds. During the re-installation of the center console, I found a pair of these rubber grommet/spacer things that I’m assuming fell out when I pulled the old console out.

I’ve tried looking through other peoples console tear down pictures to figure out where these go, but I’m not having any luck.

Has anyone seen these parts before or know the part number so I can look them up in the repair manual?

Are these the rubber bumpers for the lid?
