Help identifying source of sound

Hi, in the last couple of days I've started having this odd sound in my Model 3 AWD that I can't diagnose at all. It sort of sounds like styrofoam rubbing against itself. It isn't entirely consistent but it typically starts at around 10 mph up to like 40mph, don't hear it at high speeds, it isn't associated with turning, accelerating or breaking. It usually sounds like it is coming from the back bottom of the car but there is nothing visible there, nothing in the trunk, tried putting rear seats down to see if that was it, just can't find it. I did have a nail in a tire around the time it started (which is now fixed no thanks to Tesla roadside) but currently think that is likely a coincidence.

I know it's a long shot, but any ideas: Recorder Recorder
