Noise starts at 45 mph and is extremely loud. Nothing looks like it’s loose around the car.

I'd go straight back to the Service Center and let them know what is happening. That does not sound good or like something you should wait on.

If it’s any type of issue, can I refuse delivery still even though I drove a few miles?

You have a 2 day money-back period - so yes - I would say so - if they can't remedy it right then and there - I would certainly do as you suggested and just refuse the car at that point and ask for either a new one or a refund.

No matter what it is, only the service center can diagnose and effect a repair. Those guys can work magic.

They couldn’t look at it for a few hours so I decided to not take it. I was willing to overlook the minor paint issues and the fact that the roof glass had to be replaced, but that noise was the final straw. Back on the list i go, anyone have any recommendations to get a new vin faster.
