Anyone familiar with FL license plates (or maybe good with graphics) can help me ID this plate?

Back story: So I was parked at a mall in my 3 week old P3D- and left a lot of room next to my car (end spot). A white Chevy Suburban parks right on the line and when the passenger returned to the car proceeds to open the door into my parked car. All on Sentry Mode, but still frustrating. I've attached a screen shot of the license plate of the Suburban, and to me it looks like IYU K62.
I've also uploaded the front camera, fast forward to 44 seconds.
