Help needed. Looking to add sound deadening

Please help. DIY sound deadening project.

Would love to know how to remove the C-Pillar please. I have a 2012 P85 Signature #493. So I believe I have alot of places to cover. Any and all advice, links and videos are very much appreciated.

Pull the top of that bolster straight to the front of the car. Hard.

I read in the Salvage Car Owner's thread that someone did soundproofing work.
