Did anyone purchase a Model 3 between Oct 1 - Oct 20, 2018? There was a short period of time that 6 mos of free supercharging and an additional $100 in free Supercharging was offered or so I thought. After Oct 20, it changed to 1000 miles of free supercharging. Let me know if you received both. Thanks
