Help on Door Trim removal!

I'm trying to do some sound proofing in the door and possibly change the mirror, but have run into a snag.

The Pull Handle needs to be taken off as the two bolts for it are 2 of 4 that hold the trim to the door.

The lower bolt just spins. It looks like whatever it screws into is loose. :(

Any ideas / tips on getting that bolt off?

It is just a Rivnut placed into the fiberglas inner door framework, so there is not much holding it from spinning. You can try to pull the handle outward while you unscrew the bolt, that might bind the nut enough to unscrew it. But if the threads are seized you will probably have to drill out the head to remove the handle.
