Help reading a log from a Roadster (taken on an USB-stick)

Looking to buy a Roadster. Have testdriven an interesting object.

The CAC in the servicemenu says 155,5. Sounds perfect. Car is from 2010 and still have it´s original battery. (Only driven 11300km)

Took a log on a USB stick (.tar file) Want to see more deatils on the health of the car/battery and to see if there are any serious error-codes. But frankly I don´t know how I´m supposed to interpreted the information that hopefully will bee visible coming from the USB-stick

Tries to download the parser on VMS Log Parser for Tesla Roadster but as soon as the window promt opens up on my computerscreen it immedeately goes down again! (I´m not so good with computers)

Can anyone give me a tip what I should do. Or if I could send the file via mail to someone who are familiar looking at them. Then they might take a Quick glanze and know what they should look for.

Would really appreciate som advice or help.

A little more information would be helpful, computer and OS is always a good start. then followed by a screen shot (via a phone cam would work) as it speaks volumes much better than a non computer person will do by typing.
You know you need to open the .tar file in a terminal window, its not a stand alone program like a web browser or office. It doesn't open but rather runs within the terminal window using a file command.

The computer is a rather new HP Probook X3 360 440 G1 from this year. Windows 10, x64 version updated recently.

I´m aware that is sort of a "Dos promt"-program or what ever its called. I tried saving the file on my desktop. Opening a DOS-window and then I "drag and drop" the searchway into the inputfield where the program is stored. When I hit "run" It then starts up a "black window" (starts the program?) but it shuts down within a split second. I had to make a seriephoto to get one on Picture.

I don´t know if this is the way to do it since I´m definately not a computerguy in this sence.

Download the parser file to desktop
Open command prompt
Drag the parser file into the window

(Pictures 2 and 3 are the wrong way around)

I have now assesed the logs and also got help to check them. Only one minor curious error.

VMS: Battery Discharging During Charge.

Only one time i march and never seen Before or after. Maybe a small gremlin in the system ,-) I have Heard it has a habit of throwing out errrorcodes spontaniously

Last 6 year the CAC has gone from 155,39 to 155,51
The "Brickahmin" has never been lower than 155,06 during the same time.
Only one "Bricknumber" =41. Does that mean that one cell, nr 41 is bricked but all others ok, or what?
The Soc seems to Always have been between 79-86% and the batterytemperature 15-26C

"Scott beam me up", a battery getting better over the years -future here we come!
