Help reconstructing a 2013 P85 Monroney Sticker

I'm wondering if any of you could help me reconstruct how the MSRP of my 2013 P85 was composed?

I recently bought a 2013 P85 (July 2013, VIN ~129XX).
Being the numbers person that I am, I'd really love to know exactly what I got.

I asked Tesla for the monroney details, but they said this car being older, it predates the ability in their system to get that information (apparently, these days even when a car changes ownership, all those details follow the car into the new owner's my tesla account).

Here's what I think I know. Anyone care to help me fix/fill in the blanks?
Model S Performance - $92,400.00
Red Multi Coat Paint - $1500.00
All Glass Panoramic Roof - $1500.00
Carbon Fiber Spoiler - ??
21' Grey Wheels - ??
Tan Performance Interior - included?
Obeche Wood Matte Decor - ??
85 kWh Battery - included?
Tech Package - $3,750.00
Sound Studio Package - $950.00
Active Air Suspension - ??
Rear Facing Seat - $1500.00
Paint Armor - $950.00
Twin Chargers - $1500.00
Super charging Hardware and Accessories - included?
White Alcantra Headliner - ??
I have LEDs under my door armrests, was there a lighting pkg back then? - ??
(the guy at Tesla service said I seem to have a real leather center armrest, while my door armrests don't look like leather...so I *think* my car has every option other than the "extended leather" option)

This might help (this was for an inventory car):

Thank you @tezzla!
Seriously I think you just nailed it. The seller said the total was supposed to be something like $111k

adding in the wheels at $4500
plus destination at $1170
they also included a NIB Tesla HPWC that they said cost $1200 (even though now it looks like $750)

so that would bring the total to just about $111k

Hmm! Ok thanks @Leland.
If in July 2013 the 21" wheels were still included, then I'm not sure how it adds up to $111k.
The other possibility is that the seller overstated the original MSRP.

At any rate, the biggest take away here is how much I appreciate the help on this forum. Big thanks.

Probably including the sales tax. We were $112,274 OTD with the HPWC on the MVPA.

I also wasn't sure if I should interpret $111k as including tax. But, that doesn't add up either:
Model S Performance - $92,400.00
Red Multi Coat Paint - $1500.00
All Glass Panoramic Roof - $1500.00
Tech Package - $3,750.00
Sound Studio Package - $950.00
Rear Facing Seat - $1500.00
Paint Armor - $950.00
Twin Chargers - $1500.00
HPWC - $1200
Delivery - $1170
TOTAL = $106,420
+ 8.75% tax = $115,732 "out the door"?

even subtracting the $10k in rebates/credits would bring it down to $105,732

Any way I slice it, I can't seem to hit $111k...that's why I'm trying to work from the ground up.

The car also included the front center console ($600 is my guess but I think that was done after purchase)
And the windows were tinted (no idea how much this cost)

I believe there were a couple of price changes (meaning: price increase) between Leland's purchase (2-2013) & mine (priced 8-2013)
