help! Red D and jumpy accelerate/regen

    just called Tesla, they said it'll be a few hours to download my logs, after which they're closed.

    Coming to a stop sign, regen cut out for a second, then slammed back on, resulting in a sudden "slam" sensation. Happened 3 times. Then, it happened while accelerating (acceleration cut out for a second, also resulting in a slam). I pulled over, at which point I noticed the D for Drive was red. I put the car in park and then back to drive, and now it's normal.

    Any ideas?
