Help: Will The Titan 7 T-S5 Wheels fit on the Model Y?

I have a Performance Model Y with the PUP. Currently on the 21in uberturbines and would like to go down to 19s for range and ride.

Anyone know if these Titan 7s should fit on the Y?
Titan 7 T-S5 (Set of Four Wheels) - 19x9.5 / +35 / 5x114 for Tesla Model 3

FYI - I saw a set of the Titan wheels in bronze. They had some curb rash already. The way the coating was flaking off looked pretty bad. It looked like the paint fell off significantly past the actual scratch itself. They were high on my list to buy until I saw that.
