Hello, I am new to this site so I have not posted here but I have had four Tesla S and one X over the past 3 years. I currently have a 2015 P85D with 51,000 miles on it that I am considering trading for my friend's S 85D 2015 with 12,000 miles on it. I'm hoping you experienced members can help me decide and or give their opinion on values of both. I feel like my p85d is way more rare and desirable than a none optioned 85d.

The real problem is that my P85D with insane mode has way more features. My car has every feature you can possibly get except for the rear facing seats. It even has executive rear seats center console (Tesla), carbon interior and spoiler, tech package, autopilot, air suspension, performance package, interior lighting and more. The sticker was $133,000 and the insane mode was additional later. Mine is pearl white and it has a pretty neat wrap on it that is easily removable and 21 inch Turbines.ine has no warranty and his does. These Rotoform rose gold anodized 21s will he sold on here by the way in case you're interested. Call or text me 6027155476.

My friends car is a white (not pearl) 85D 2015 with 12,000 miles and literally the only features it has air suspension and tech package and autopilot. There is no high fidelity sound there is no roof no spoiler no executive seats nothing.

In your opinion what are the rough values of each? I've done KBB come see our very close. I'm afraid if I take his that no one would want because of the lack of options. I do want his because it is mint and has way less miles. I don't really need the insane speed thing as I don't drive too crazy.

Thank you for your time!

This thread confuses me a bit. If you have the means to purchase over $500k in Teslas over the past 3 years, with the added discretionary cash to add a wrap and custom wheels...why are you concerned about the difference in value of your friends car vs yours? Are you concerned that HE will not be getting a good deal if he trades with you ie: looking out for a friend? If that is the case, it's up to him and his concerns of miles on a Tesla vs. options.

To answer your question, to me it's a no brainier...I would take your car over his all day long (although I am not a fan of the wrap and would pull that off)

Wrap was NOT my choice. Wheels also. I guess I should explain these are not new cars I've bought. They were all used and I love driving them... 2 of them I got in watch trades and one I bought because it was an insane deal (loaded X90d for 78k).

I want the best value for me and if the p85d is worth more I want to keep it. I was going to possibly remove the wrap and put the original grey 21 inch back on.

What kind of wrap is that? It's definitely something different.

Also one more for the P85D.

But not 12k miles right? Lol. What color? I like trading.

I wish it only has 12,, its got 46K, Red and cleaner than the day I got it, tint on all the windows, Suntec, Color Correction paint with Cermac and just picked up some 21's. I just want a D, but damn those must have been some nice watches to trade for an S.. I'm next to the Mining Camp Restaurant near Lost Dutchman Park.

Guys do you think $63500 in this car has upside or is about right? It also has nice wheels that are worth maybe $2500.

What's it really worth?
