I am wondering how I can get something other than the trip mileage on the right side of the speedometer display.

First of all, I couldn't find anything in the owner's manual that explains how to reset trip odometer A or B (if I missed it, please direct me to the page). Secondly, is there anything else I could show on the right side? I see that my right sided scroll wheel will allow me to control temp, sunroof, etc..., but what about the display?

Does anyone know about the right?

Click the right wheel and scroll to change what to display on the right side of the speedometer.

Reset trip meters on the 17" panel via the controls window, trip/range tab. (Page 8 in the Quick Guide for Owners.)

You know...I think you have to press, hold & "Release", then roll to scroll. I get weirdness when I press and hold and roll.
