I got into a car accident on 7/1. I was hit by another driver who made an illegal left turn. The insurance (State farm) took over a month to get an estimate and they towed it to three different Bodyshop and they refuse to take it (They are tesla approved Bodyshop). So I called a tesla approved body shop and they are available to take it. The staff who works there are really nice but they don't send you any updates on the car or reply to your email. The Bodyshop is very busy. I called them this Monday and asked if the parts are being ordered or not. The front desk checked with my case handler and said they will order it right now. My question is do you normally get an email from tesla if your parts are ordered by tesla approved Bodyshop? Or it is a tesla collision center thing?
