Our Model S was delivered to our home in Hilo. It was detailed and we were offered a good walk-through of the vehicle and its functions. For the Model X, we opted to take delivery near the Kawaihae port (we were able to pick up earlier with this option).
Service is via Ranger at your home. This is done for most service items and we've had very good experience each time. For major items, the vehicle is shipped to the Oahu.
