Unrealistic hypothetical question here. Suppose you run down a Tesla battery at 2C over 30 minutes. The first time, you do so by setting a constant rate of discharge over the 30 minutes. The second attempt, you discharge intermittently at 6C over 30 minutes, but average 2C over the 30 minutes. Is degradation different between the two, and by how much?
I'm not sure where to find this answer or how to search for it. To put it another way, how much more battery degradation is caused by fun throttle behavior vs boring throttle behavior?
