High pitch clicking

Hey all. I have a 2016 pre-facelift 70 and when i accelerate it makes a high pitch clicking sound from the front dash. Anyone ever had this issue? Added a video below

Sounds like crickets coming from the front dash passenger side. Going to the service center on 1/29 and post update if anyone is having this same issue.
