High-Resolution USB Audio Broken?

Trying to find a different thread on this issue and found this one: Still no fix with 2020.40.9.2 update unfortunately.
The complete indifference Tesla are showing to this issue - and their dire customer service - speak volumes.

As I have noted on this thread, I have repeatedly called Tesla about this problem: basically, a feature that I paid for that they have broken. I have spent hours describing the symptoms to a whole slew of different service staff; I've provided audio samples and screen shots; dates and times. I've been told to book service visits - each one then being cancelled (without any reason) by the Tesla service staff. No one has every reached out to me about this - it's all been one sided: me, trying to get them to fix and issue that they caused.

And so, this morning, I paid my £770 deposit for a Lucid Air Grand Touring.

It probably won't be available here in the UK for a couple of years, but at least Lucid seem to care about customer service.
