I just found that Tesla HK also update their RVG from percentage to:
Tesla's Resale Value Guarantee allows Tesla drivers to sell their vehicle back to Tesla during the 37th month of their finance contract for a guaranteed resale amount that is specified at the time of delivery and is similar or higher than other cars in its class.

Did anyone tried to find out what that is?

Yes, this was what was written when I ordered in Oct 2016. So does that mean the RVG amount is subject to Tesla's quotation at the time of delivery? They could set the RVG at 10% if they wanted.

I got an answer from my DS, RVG is still 65% of the base model, 55% of the options, just like the latest percentage used to be on the website.

Informed by DS on Friday, my Model X 284XX will be arrived HK at the end of Feb. Will inform me again when the MX is ready to ship in US. BTW, just saw a MX running on the road at Zhongsha, Guangdong. Very nice.

Mine is 279xx and it is still in production queue, recent chat with DS when I asked for RVG she told me the schedule remains some time in Feb, approx production complete end Dec. Hope this will happen.

I have 6 seats and 60D (become limited edition for now).

means your next mile stone is waiting for DS's call.

Definitely not true, it will show your car is in production. But may be it only take a week, so if you don't log in often enough you will only see "in transit".
