HK: Model X Deposit date - confirmation - Sequence # - expected delivery

The P100D comes with LTE. Does it mean that all MX in HK also comes with LTE? Last time I checked with the product specialist, they say it only comes with 3G.....

btw, 290xx has completed production last Friday and is in transit from factory. DS says most likely will arrive HK early/Feb.

I checked with my deliver exec and she said mine should come with LTE as opposed to 3G... I ordered 90D and expecting pick up (hopefully) before CNY... when I configed it back in repulse bay last August they said it would come with 3G... I assume they've upgraded and all HK will come with LTE now

hi all, i hv been following this particular post for couple of months and finally signed up and wanna share my situation.

im 279xx (solid white 90D) and my status has been in production since early last month (Dec). i asked my DS and she said it was on hold because of xmas and new year holiday and now is resumed.... seeing @victorhw 's 290xx has completed production made me a bit concerned...

anyone has similar situation?? im quite confident that it will arrive march 31st for the FRT deadline, but REALLY would love to take delivery ASAP for 2.5+ years of waiting...

usually they finish production in few day.until the shipping ready then change to transit from factory.

My X with VIN 290xx was in production since 18/Dec till now. Wonder how they send out the cars. Noticed some people with Higher VIN and even Y17 made cars were out of factory and in transit already.

Could be bottleneck of battery pack or some parts in your X that are having sourcing issues.
Like if you ordered an 60 kWh pack, it might take longer is it is no longer a pack shared with the S.

Or something like the grey leather seats that were being held up in the model S orders because issues with supply.

@FequalsMA - what do you mean the 60kwh pack is no longer shared with the S? I thought the 60kwh pack is the software restricted 75kwh in both the X and S?

my bad. you're right. maybe its the 70 pack I have in mind.
I seem to recall there's one battery pack that was offered on the X that has been discontinued but was available for order at some time last year.

Thanks for the point out. Mine is a 90D with solid white color. Black interior. Maybe the solid white color is the key to hold it up

Spoke to my sales rep yesterday who advised that first lot of delivery expected to be by end Jan before CNY. Good luck to those whose cars have already arrived
