when typhoon,yellow or black rain.some road is flooding.the car run over the water.the battery will did?:confused:

You will likely have more trouble with a conventional car. An electric car doesn't use oxygen, as there is no combustion. You should be more concerned about water coming into the car I think, or if it's really deep, if it starts floating away.

Besides, check your insurance policy, I think most insurances don't cover while driving in signal 8 or black rain storm? Maybe it's OK, but check it.
