Hmmm Warranty Covered right?

Was waxing the front of the car this evening and I noticed with my light all of this film on the inside of the headlight lens! I was actually surprised that the film was on the inside of the lens and not the out. Looks almost like condensation got on the inside during sealing. I would recommend everyone take a look at their own. Not a big issue whatsoever, but still, it's okay to want the car to be built correctly!

Build date of July 17'

Will this be covered by warranty if I were to start a claim?

 
Okay good! And while I'm addressing this specific headlight, does anyone know if this is normal? It stays illuminated at about 5% brightness at that one specific area. The lights had not been on for about 20 minutes and they still looked like this.
