Hello, I started to work with our HOA here in San Francisco California on having an EV charger installed in our assigned parking space. We were able to get a quote from the electrician and also joined the ev committee to help speed up the process. The condos are newer (2017) but there’s some inertia getting chargers installed. For folks who’ve successfully installed in California condos, can you share or send me architectural application submitted for ev so I don’t have to reinvent the wheel? The electrician has the details but wanted to reuse justification that worked for you. Thank you for the help!
