Correct. Your previous reply suggested (to me) that only people who already had FSD Beta were getting 10.69.3.3, which is not the case.

not wishing to point out the obvious, but . . .
Here is a grab from TeslaFi clearly showing one FSDb car getting 69.3.3, one car dropping FSDb for normal release and a brand new FSDb car, all in the space of 30 minutes
