Home Charging Efficiency Dropped to 40% with 2022.40.4.1

When I charge overnight at home in my garage, I consistently get 90%+ efficiency per Teslafi (a little lower when the weather is cold).

Got the 2022.40.4.1 software update on November 11th.

Charged November 12th, only 40% efficiency - 51% to 86%, 31 kWh added, 78 kWh used.

Charged November 17th, only 45% efficiency - 61% to 82%, 18 kWh added, 40 kWh used.

The Teslafi chart above ends at 5:15 am with battery only at 81% (82% is the limit), but the charging does not end until 7:57 am at 82%, which is when I unplugged the car to leave. It appears the car is using the full 7 kW to charge the last 1% trying to get the the charge limit (82%), but can't quite get there ?

Is there a bug in 2022.40.4.1, is it TeslaFi or maybe my charger ? I have a few tests I can try, i.e., checking my electric meter to see if I am actually using that much power, try using a different charger, but any ideas ?

It is a fairly new thing that the battery heater comes on now with the car sitting in the garage at 32 degrees outside. Tesla shows interior of car at 66 degrees (garage is slightly less) after overnight with temps in the 20s.
