Home Delivery Vs Delivery Center

If given the chance, would you do a Home Delivery or Delivery Center?

Given that Tesla's are notorious for quality control, how would you technically reject a vehicle if they home deliver it to you. I believe you have to accept the car in the app before your app allows you to unlock the car to even inspect interior.

Is there a way of rejecting the car if issues are found once you accept it ?

Any thoughts on this?

Vroom, Carvana, various manufacturers, currently have home delivery.

I'll never understand the logic, from the buyer's perspective, of taking delivery away from any dealership or service center. There are just too many potential points of failure in the process.
