Does anybody know if it is possible to have a storage of energy from solar panels that can work with my Model S (April 2015) and the normal plugin in my carport/garage?

Certainly possible although I'm only familiar with US (60Hz) stuff; ~$1US/kW + ~$200/kWh storage.
