Homelink Chime Doesn't Persist?

It seems like Tesla recently added a checkbox so we could select whether we wanted a chime when home links activates to open/close a garage door - it was working fine for a while, but as of 2.46.16, it seems like the chime only works once, then un-selects itself. Has anyone else seen this and/or know of a workaround?

I mentioned in another thread that I had this problem. Hopefully they will fix it in the next update.
