The Dual Chargers factory installed option was not available when I ordered(early March). Thinking about retrofitted after delivery (Asked and my carpark management replied that they are not ready to accept wall charger installed at my (rental) parking space).
There are 32A chargers in Cheung Sha Wan Gov. office. I captured its spec. labeled on the side of the charger. Seems not a phase 3 32A charger?
What is the max. charging rate(typical) between Single vs Dual Charger? 16km/h vs 32km/h?

Generally, dual chargers are twice as fast as single chargers. Makes sense, right?
But it all depends. If you are below 16A anyway, it won't make a difference. If it's a Tesla Wall Charger, it can make a single phase supply into three virtual phases and thus charge up to 45 km/h, even with one phase - on a single charger Model S.
If it's a non-Tesla charger, though, a single charger Model S on a single phase charging station, cannot get more than 1x16A, or about 15 km/h charging (3 to 3.5 kW). In this case, you would get 32 km/h (7 kW) rather than only 15 km/h, with the very same charger (if you have dual chargers in your car). For three phase installations, it's 45 vs 95 km/h difference. Kwai Chung Estate has 7 x 32A/3~ charging stations (they also offer J1772 and BS1363 in each charger). Parking is free for EVs for up to two hours.
There are more of these now (Mennekes type-2, 32A/3~). The thick blue cable that comes with every Model S sold in Hong Kong fits straight into one of those, and with dual chargers, it's the fastest (and simplest) AC charging you can get (22-23 kW). Hopefully, some of the existing BS1363 (13A) charging spots will be updated to type-2 (22kW) sooner rather than later. Where possible, as it does require the backbone grid and connection to support it, obviously.
